Healthcare 24/7
At The Kenwood we tailor our care to meet the needs of each resident through our supportive options. Care is coordinated with the resident and family before the resident moves, and together we design a Person-Centered Care plan. These plans are flexible because as the resident’s needs change, so will the care that is given.
We have a full-time assisted living manager and a registered nurse is on call 24 hours a day.
Healthcare Support
The Kenwood offers several options for personal care and assistance. We have the three levels of homecare (gold, silver and bronze). In addition we can create a customized service package to meet the needs of each resident, and new services are added one by one as needs change.

The Bluestone team provides monthly in-home visits and arranges specialty care including x-rays and labs with full care coordination planning. Residents of The Kenwood are not required to become patients of any on-site physicians, but most residents agree that having a doctor on-site is very convenient.

Hospice and Palliative Care
Hospice is a philosophy and a way of caring for individuals living with serious illnesses who no longer benefit from curative treatments. The Kenwood has a strong history of partnering with hospice agencies throughout the Twin Cities to provide our residents the highest quality of care. Palliative care is specialized medical care for people with serious illnesses, focused on providing patients relief from the symptoms, pain and stress. The goal is to improve quality of life for both the patient and the family.
