Weekly fitness and exercise classes for seniors:

- Exercise with Courage with Fitness and Exercise Specialists from Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute
- Theraband Exercise with Brandy Rhodes, MMT, Kenwoods Activities Director
- Early Bird Fitness with Mariann Bentz, Activities Assistant
