Since 2007 Kenwood resident Ruth Anne Olson has visited the village of Bigonet, Haiti and connected us with their lives. We’ve admired their art. We’ve learned about their school and celebrated from afar their school’s new sewing class. We’ve heard their music, seen pictures of their families. In 2013 we welcomed four of their teachers to the Kenwood and now five of their colleagues come again. Please welcome them. This is a chance to learn more about their community and to tell them about ours.
