The Kenwood Senior Living has been recognized with the “Best Independent Living Award” and the “Best Assisted Living Award” in U.S. News & World Report’s 2025 Best Senior Living ratings, further solidifying its position as a leader in senior living in Minneapolis.
U.S. News & World Report 2025 Best Senior Living ratings are based on consumer-satisfaction data derived from surveys of nearly 450,000 residents of senior-living communities and their family members. U.S. News evaluated more than 3,800 communities throughout the United States.

The emblem awards recognize communities that score in the top 25 percent for each category while maintaining a high overall score.

In addition to the awards from U.S. News & World Report, The Kenwood recently exceeded the state average in all measured areas and metrics in the Minnesota’s annual comprehensive survey for assisted living licensure. The Kenwood achieved an overall average score of 95%.
