A native of St. Louis, MO, Robert has performed since singing in children’s choir as a 5 year old in church. Robert performed in marching band, show choir and musical theatre through high school and college and began his professional career as a nightclub D.J. spinning oldies at Studebaker’s.
Robert began his piano bar career in Springfield, MO in the early 80’s at San Francisco Rose and Ebbett’s Field. Later after moving to Chicago, Robert caught the dueling piano bug and began performing at Baja Live! around 1990.
Since then, Robert has performed at some of the most successful dueling and solo piano bars in the country.
