Letters of Thanks to Soldiers

November is the month to give thanks and also recognize our soldiers and veterans. Residents are invited to hand write a note to thank an active duty soldier for everything that he or she has done to serve our country. Letters of Thanks takes place at 1:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 22, at The Kenwood retirement community, 825 Summit Ave., Minneapolis.

The Kenwood is a rental retirement community which provides senior housing in the form of independent and assisted living apartments and a full schedule of activities and services. Furnished apartments are also available for a short-term stay – a weekend, a week, a month or longer.
